Esther is a motivated and hardworking student in Touro College’s Graduate school of Education. Esther’s academic path is one in which she describes as “not a classical one paved with straight A’s.” She has had to overcome challenges in her ability to learn. A few years after graduating high school, Esther decided to enhance her academic growth by going to college. It is then where she found her life goal: “to help struggling students, the very same student I once was.” As one fellow educator shares, “Esther sets her sights high and endeavors to promote utmost growth and understanding for each pupil. She especially shines for those who need extra instruction and teaching and has endless patience until the student feels confident that he/she has mastered the given task.” She has developed a love and appreciation for learning and believes in making a difference in her students’ lives. Congratulations Esther!
