Bright Horizons Bright Futures Scholarship Brenda
Brenda wanted to become a caring teacher after working so closely with an elementary school teacher who helped her greatly when she was a child. This teacher helped Brenda to work hard, rise to the challenge of difficult work and held her accountable – something that hadn’t been done before. Brenda is now inspired to do the same of the four to six year old's she teaches. Brenda is described as “the type of educator we wish we could clone to work with our young learners” by a professor at Mercer University, as well as a teacher who “will always ensure that each child in her classroom will believe they can excel to their highest abilities.” Congratulations Brenda!
