Global Headquarters in Watertown, MA:

Located on the historic Arsenal on the Charles campus, Bright Horizons’ headquarters is a unique and friendly workplace where more than 500 employees work in areas including finance, IT, marketing, HR, office services, legal, EdAssist, and College Coach. Together, employees here enjoy a collaborative environment, open workspaces, free parking, beautiful grounds, outdoor activities, and a variety of food trucks offering local options for lunch.

Contact Center in Broomfield, CO:

With the beautiful Rocky Mountains as a backdrop, our award-winning contact center offers an inspiring corporate work environment for more than 250 employees in our customer service, IT, HR, and learning services departments, among others. Employees here enjoy the stellar scenery with several walking trails and parks close by, as well as a friendly workplace, office fitness classes, a well-being space, and an on-site store that offers lunch and snack items.

Remote Locations:

People who live outside of our main office areas can enjoy the benefits of being Bright Horizons employees by working in one of the many remote opportunities in our sales, HR, recruitment, education and training, or other departments. Though not in our offices, remote employees remain integral members of our team, actively included in team building and relationships, and connected through Skype for Work, webinars, conference calls, and occasional travel to events and worksites.
