As the Director of Sales you will be responsible for new business development for back-up dependent care services, college advisory programs, and early childhood education centers. You will be expected to prospect for new business with prospective new clients, across all industries, as well as expand our services with existing clients in collaboration with our account management team. This opportunity offers great flexibility to work from a home office, balanced by travel to the designated territory you will be supporting.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring the optimum growth of strategic employer-sponsored programs to support the company’s expansion objectives
  • Proactively and responsively developing strong partnerships with prospective employer sponsors to maximize client growth opportunities
  • aggressively networking and prospecting to develop opportunities and partnerships within your assigned territory
  • Developing and leading both proactive proposals and responses to RFPs
  • Building and leverage relationships with your peers and management in operations and account management to optimize territory growth
  • Seeking opportunities to advocate for the company at local events and conferences
  • Analyzing data/utilization of client sponsored programs and working with the client partner to develop solutions to meet their employee’s needs
  • Traveling – locally/regionally and overnight


    Job Requirements:

  • BA degree with eight or more years of sales experience
  • Strong analytical and enterprise sales skills
  • successfully selling companies with 1,000 or more employees
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling skills required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to use and leverage CRM software
  • Ability to communicate the values and mission of the organization and full range of services we offer in early childhood education and work/life solutions
