As a Program Marketing Manager you will oversee the marketing programs that target the employees of Bright Horizons clients in order to drive the use of Bright Horizons benefits. You will focus on the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to promote the Bright Horizons’ family of solutions. What you will be doing:

  • Oversee marketing automation journey mapping and buildout, working closely with the marketing automation team
  • Lead execution of client and employee email campaigns through the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and IBM Watson
  • Manage creation of collateral templates and implement automation process for dynamically producing client materials to promote Bright Horizons services to client employees
  • Oversee creation of new digital and content assets including client launch webinars, videos, intranet copy, and other needs as necessary
  • Analyze marketing performance for email campaigns, launch webinars, content platforms, digital assets, mobile app, and operational websites to inform future activities
  • Through above activities, drive use of broader Bright Horizons solutions and support client retention and revenue growth
  • Manage a team of two employees supporting the above activities
  • Develop positive ongoing relationships with Client Relations teams
  • Work closely with Creative Services and Growth Marketing Operations teams to service our clients and ensure all projects are completed on schedule

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 5-7 years of related experience
  • Previous experience managing a small team, required
  • Previous experience with the strategy of building marketing automation programs
  • Strong project management skills; results-oriented, highly motivated, with the ability to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision
  • The individual should function effectively under pressure and maintains a sense of humor; be willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of a constantly changing and growing organization
  • Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction preferred
