Job Description:

The Client Service Associate works with the Regional Director, Regional Managers and Director to achieve the Bright Horizons Family Solutions’ goals of parent satisfaction, quality programming and financial success and is responsible for developing center demand and parent relationships through outstanding customer service.

As the Client Service Associate, he/she must maintain confidentiality regarding center/network business and interact professionally with visitors, clients, faculty, parents and colleagues. Some of the major functions that come with the position include generating and analyzing center use and registration reports to understand client use/registration levels and the reasons behind the results; partnering with sales and client services team in understanding priority clients for the center while meeting client/ parent needs; leading development and implementation of parent outreach initiatives to increase membership and utilization; as well being responsible for the registration process to ensure that interested parents become fully registered and the center’s reservation system to balance multiple clients and parent requests.

Other functions include ensuring that children’s files meet the licensing requirements by ensuring that missing information is received and continually updating their files; ensuring the security of the center at all times in accordance to Bright Horizons practices; and welcoming all visitors and families to the center in person or by phone, always projecting a professional and positive image in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

  • BA/AA in Business or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an excellent phone manner are required.
  • Strong computer skills to manage daily responsibilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Entry), the ability to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to make independent decisions based on information and data are necessary.
