Serving in a consultative role, we bring together the latest best practices, personal advising, intuitive software, and an impressive Education Network to support key business goals while reducing tuition spend and improving program efficiency. Our firm manages more than $420 million in tuition reimbursement a year for more than 120 clients — and saved clients $40 million in tuition assistance spend this year. In addition, we design, implement, and manage student loan repayment programs for clients. As the Director of Regional Sales, EdAssist (Atlanta) with EdAssist you will join a dynamic organization and help develop solutions that differentiate and offer competitive advantages for the company as a whole. The Director of Regional Sales’ responsibility is to build new relationships and prospects in the enterprise space that will result in new EdAssist clients. In other words—we need a strong sales professional to grow our EdAssist client base.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and manage geographic sales territory
  • Secure new business with enterprise accounts to attain individual sales goals and team/business unit growth objectives
  • Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop a substantial new business pipeline, and close business
  • Represent Bright Horizons tuition assistance and student loan repayment services in the marketplace to optimize territory growth
  • Create urgency and interest in purchasing decisions through senior-level engagement at prospect accounts
  • Develop, draft and present client proposals
  • Provide leadership and direction to sales pursuit team and supporting resources in consulting, account management and other functions
  • Work closely with operations and finance to ensure smooth implementation upon sale

Job Requirements:

  • BA degree with seven or more years of sales experience to large accounts
  • Strong analytical and sales skills
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling skills required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to use and leverage CRM software
  • Higher Education market experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate the values and mission of the organization and full range of services we offer in early childhood education and work/life solutions
