Job Description:

As an Associate Application Consultant you will work closely with senior team members to serve as a trusted advisor for clients to provide subject matter expertise, implementation guidance, and best practices for deploying the SaaS-based Bright Horizons EdAssist solutions. In this role, you will work with various teams and collaborate across other departments to deliver high quality solutions and outcomes for our clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with requirements definition, documentation of specifications, training, system configuration, testing, and rollout support of the Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions for assigned client projects
  • Understand recommended business practices and review client policies to advise on how to implement Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure that functional and technical deliverables are defined well and delivered successfully in support of the overall project go live and post-project transition
  • Under direction of supervisor and/or project manager, deliver projects according to budget, schedule, and desired business results
  • Ensure that the project artifacts and lessons learned are archived accurately to allow for internal knowledge sharing and investment into the knowledge base
  • Support revenue generating activities and initiatives through billable client engagements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems, document needs, and communicate these needs to a variety of audiences
  • Previous experience with and a proven ability to understand business requirements in a variety of functional areas
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortability with delivering a presentation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with team members (in-person and virtually), and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • External/internal implementation project background (Software or Consulting Services), preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with JIRA or other project management software, preferred
  • Available for overnight travel as required for client and organizational meetings (approximately 20%)
